About Me
A practical, solutions-first approach to every transaction in the Spokane area.
Vienna brings four years of property management experience in subsidized and affordable housing to real estate — most recently as a Certified Occupancy Specialist with a local non-profit behavioral health organization, and before that managing roughly 400 units across ten affordable properties, from Spokane to Colville, for Goodale & Barbieri Company.
That work meant staying current on HUD-811, HUD-202, Section 8, Tax Credit, HOME, and Housing Trust Fund program compliance; negotiating with landlords and Public Housing Authorities; creating subsidy structures within a management portfolio; and coordinating vendors and maintenance across that same portfolio. It's the same eye for detail she now brings to inspection reports and repair negotiations for her real estate clients.
She also brings a background in peer counseling — experience that shaped how she supports clients through the stress of a transaction, not just the paperwork behind it.
Before real estate, Vienna spent years in graphic design, web design, and public relations — designing branding and marketing materials and writing, editing, and building websites for organizations across the region. That background is why her listings get marketing that looks professionally designed, because it is.
She also owns a cleaning company, Problem Solutions, which she brings in to get a property show-ready — from hauling and landscaping to painting, her crew is equipped to help sellers maximize curb appeal before a home hits the market.
If you're thinking about selling your home, or exploring the option of turning it into a rental, Vienna welcomes the chance to talk through how to get the maximum return on your investment.
